2. Refers to the placement of international medical graduates (IMGs) into clinical placement opportunities that allow them to observe, learn, and gain insight under the supervision of another physician practising in a hospital or medical practice.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT ROLES
This is a NEW service that provides our physician preceptors and graduates with an extended opportunity to work together in PAID & UNPAID roles.

HOW IT WORKS
Use our online application form to complete your request for one or multiple Medships (clinical clerkships or observerships), which includes uploading required supporting documents (including your proof of successfully passing the MCCQE1 and NAC OSCE) and a short 'About Me' video. 
Complete your payment which includes our Application fee and Placement fee. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable while the placement fees vary depending on the specialty.
Once we receive the initial application, we'll invite you to complete a short online pre-clinical assessment. Don't worry, it shouldn't be difficult if you cleared your MCCQE1 and NAC OSCE. With a pass score, our team will then confirm your requested dates to ensure it fits your schedule before we proceed with booking you in for a Medship with our preceptors.
As part of our efforts to ensure you get the most of your Medship, we'll provide you with additional learning tools and supplemental materials to ensure you succeed during your placements.
At the end each Medship, our preceptors will fill out any necessary evaluation forms and provide those much needed LoRs!!!
This final step is to help the Medships platform get better!
